Federal Government Organisation in Canberra is seeking experienced Rehabilitation Officers to support injury management and return-to-work programmes. You will work with managers, health practitioners and stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes.
You will manage cases, develop recovery-at-work plans and provide guidance on workplace adjustments, with an emphasis on compliant processes and employee wellbeing. NV1 clearance is advantageous but not essential.
We're currently looking to speak with experienced Rehabilitation Officers about a range of upcoming opportunities within a large Federal Government organisation based in Canberra. Whether you're looking for a contract, permanent role or are interested in a Section 26 transfer, we'd love to hear from you. These positions will see you supporting employees through injury management and return-to-work programmes, while working closely with managers, health practitioners and other key stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes.
You’ll be a strong communicator, comfortable building relationships with a variety of stakeholders and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
An NV1 clearance would be fantastic, but it's certainly not essential. Our client is open to building a pipeline of strong candidates who are eligible to obtain a clearance and willing to go through the process. This could be a great opportunity for someone currently in a stable role or on a longer-term contract who is open to planning their next move.
Please note: Australian Citizenship is required, and successful candidates must be eligible to obtain and maintain an NV1 security clearance.
