Qualifications

• Allied Health professional with accreditation and 5+ years in workplace rehabilitation.

• Commitment to continuous improvement in service delivery and outcomes.
• Current Police Check.

Responsibilities

• Manage our People and develop a high-performing ACT team.
• Oversee ACT management team’s day-to-day service delivery of rehabilitation services.
• Drive operational performance including outcomes, revenue growth and customer engagement.
• Lead an ambitious growth plan for the ACT branch network.
• Act as the lead contact for the ACT Workers Compensation insurer and agents.
• Collaborate with national and state resources to improve delivery processes.

The opportunity

We are seeking a RehabilitationStateManagerto lead our ACT Injury Management and Rehabilitation division.This is a rare leadership opportunity and an ideal fit for an experienced occupational rehab/workers compensation professional, passionate about leading people, owning strategic growth and delivering superior RTW performance.

You will be part of a growing, dynamic and successful management team, and part of a company with a strong collaborative and supportive culture. With a growing multi-disciplinary team of allied health professionals across ACT, you will lead a very established and expanding state in delivering the highest quality of Injury Management and Rehabilitation services.

This is afull-time rolebased in our Deakin office balanced with flexible working options.

The purpose of the role is to:

• Manage our People- our people are at the heart of our business! This role requires a leader who is passionate about the development of a successful and expanding ACT team.
• Oversee the ACT management team’s day-to-dayservice delivery of our rehabilitation services, ensuring consistently timely, value-laden and customer focused service delivery.
• Drive operational performance deliverablesfor ACT, including customer performance outcomes, revenue growth and customer engagement.
• Working with the wider management team, establish and executean ambitious strategic growth plan,working closely with our executive team to continue thegrowth of our branch network.
• Act as lead point ofcontact for our ACT Workers Compensation scheme insurer and agents.
• Partner with national and state resources in customising and maximising efficiency and innovation in service delivery processes,supporting capability for growth.

About you:

• Mandatory;Allied Health background – OT/EP/PT/Psychologist, Rehabilitation Counsellor or Registered Nurse with at least 5 yrs workplace rehabilitation experience;
• Mandatory;+3 years people management experience in an occupational rehab or personal injury industry related business;
• Strong, current ACT Workers Compensation legislation knowledge;
• A genuine commitment to driving continuous improvement in service delivery and outcomes performance;
• A commitment to maintaining and promoting the existing positive culture within our team;
• Demonstrated ability to manage operational/financial requirements of a growing team, state and business;
• Passion for delivering growth through building sustainable new partnerships; and:
• A current Police Check.
