Job summary

Priory is seeking an Activities & Rehabilitation Support Worker to deliver therapeutic, social, and rehabilitative activities for residents at The Vines. The role emphasizes promoting self-esteem, independence, and daily living skills in a supportive setting.

You will create meaningful opportunities to improve wellbeing, build confidence, and support recovery, working with a compassionate team in a private residential environment.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Organised, proactive and flexible in delivering activities

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver a wide range of tailored activities and programmes
• Lead individual and group activities to promote engagement and independence
• Record participation and progress accurately in records and systems
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support residents' development
• Liaise with external providers to expand opportunities for residents
• Promote a positive, professional image of the service
