A leading superannuation fund in Melbourne is seeking a Manager for Obligations Management. In this role, you will lead a team to oversee regulatory obligations, ensuring compliance and enhancing governance practices. Qualifications

• Knowledge of the superannuation industry and relevant obligations.
• Strong understanding of governance, risk and compliance practices.
• Experience in stakeholder engagement and influencing across the business.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Obligations Register and ensure obligations are accurate.
• Partner with Line 1 on implementation of obligations.
• Report insights on regulatory changes to senior management.

Skills

Knowledge of the superannuation industry and relevant obligations

Strong understanding of governance, risk and compliance practices

Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

High-quality written skills

Strong attention to detail

Experience providing training and guidance on compliance processes

Excellent organisational skills

Demonstrated ability to understand regulatory requirements

Education

Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Law or related field

Accreditation in Risk Management
