Job summary

LexisNexis is seeking a Relationship Manager to join its Regulatory Compliance sales team in Australia. The role focuses on managing and growing an existing customer portfolio with a strong emphasis on retention, renewals and upsell opportunities.

Based in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane with hybrid flexibility, you’ll collaborate with Product Specialists and internal stakeholders to tailor solutions, maintain CRM records, and drive revenue in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in Relationship Management or Customer Success with sales responsibilities.
• Experience in solution sales or subscription sales is essential.
• Ability to balance farming existing customers with identifying growth opportunities.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Knowledge of risk & compliance markets or LexisNexis solutions is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow an existing portfolio of regulatory compliance customers (90+).
• Drive retention, renewals and customer satisfaction.
• Identify and convert upsell opportunities within existing accounts.
• Conduct regular customer engagement and solution demonstrations.
• Collaborate with Product Specialists and Marketing on gap analyses and opportunities.
• Maintain sales pipeline to meet renewal and upsell targets.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Understand and articulate LexisNexis RC portfolio and services.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts.
