Job summary

Vinarchy, a global wine company established in 2025, is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Manager in Australia to ensure packaging, labelling and promotional artwork meet regulatory, legal and brand requirements.

You will coordinate with multiple functions and external suppliers to review, approve and implement artwork for both new and existing products, delivering accurate and compliant outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the approval workflow for dry goods packaging, labels, cartons, casks, wraps, stickers, screwcaps and hoods.
• Coordinate artwork approvals for new products and vintage changes.
• Maintain artwork assets within the Digital Asset Hub, ensuring accuracy and version control.
• Brief suppliers on artwork requirements for new and existing product development projects.
• Coordinate artwork setup with suppliers and verify compliance, accuracy and production readiness.
• Provide final approval for dry goods artwork.
• Manage Container Deposit Scheme registrations and ensure compliance with relevant state requirements.
