Keegan Adams Recruitment is seeking a Registry & Investor Services professional for a high-growth private markets fund administration business. You will manage a portfolio of private market funds, covering investor onboarding, AML/KYC, and securities processing across private credit, property and private equity.

You will contribute to fund operations, capital activity, and communications with investors and fund managers, while driving process improvements in a modern, tech-enabled environment.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of registry, investor services, unit registry or fund administration experience.
• Strong communication skills; proactive, detail-focused and personable.
• Experience with listed or unlisted funds is a plus.

About You

You’ll have 2+ years' experience across registry, investor services, unit registry or fund administration.

You’ll be a strong communicator who is proactive, detail-focused, personable and comfortable taking ownership.

Experience across listed or unlisted funds will be considered. What's most important is strong registry experience and an interest in building your career within private markets.
