Keegan Adams Recruitment is seeking a candidate for a role supporting investors and financial advisers across a portfolio of investment funds in a smaller, more personal environment. You will handle email and phone enquiries with a focus on quality service and timely resolution.
You’ll contribute to investor applications, onboarding, AML/KYC, and maintain accurate registry data while collaborating with internal teams. This is a hybrid Sydney-based position with career growth prospects.
Enjoy Investor Services but ready to leave the high-volume environment behind?
This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing fund administration business where Investor Services is focused on quality and ownership rather than call volumes and clearing queues.
You’ll support investors and financial advisers across a portfolio of investment funds, managing a mix of email and phone enquiries. Volumes are relatively low, giving you the time to understand requests, provide a professional service and see enquiries through to resolution.
We’d particularly like to hear from people currently working in Investor Services, Registry, Unit Registry or funds-based Client Services who enjoy working with investors but would prefer a smaller, more personal environment.
Why make the move?
Less volume, more ownership.
Move away from large queues and repetitive enquiries into a role where you have the time to provide a quality investor experience.
A more personal environment.
Work as part of a close-knit local team where you’ll know the funds you support and build stronger relationships with the people around you.
Modern technology.
Join a technology-led fund administrator using modern systems to reduce repetitive manual work and make investor servicing easier.
A growing business with great benefits.
Hybrid working, development support, additional leave benefits and the opportunity to grow with an expanding funds business.
