Working as a Registered Nurse with SCC, you'll demonstrate expertise in contemporary clinical practice, sharing your knowledge of the highest standards in person centred care through delivery of advanced clinical and holistic care to our residents.
As an integral member of our care team, you will work under the leadership of an experienced Clinical Manager whilst providing support and supervision to your team members.
You will champion a strong teamwork approach to resident’s care and liaise with medical practitioners, family and other multi-disciplinary team members ensuring excellence in personalised care. Most importantly, compassion and empathy accompany your clinical talent, alongside building relationships with our residents based on dignity and respect.
