Job summary

Parklands Aged Care in Hervey Bay, operated by Roshana Care Group, is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to lead clinical care within our aged care team. You will deliver safe, person-centred care, administer medications, and guide care staff in a fast-paced environment, while supporting residents’ health and dignity.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration.
• Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent.
• Experience in aged care or a similar clinical setting.
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A National Police Clearance or NDIS Screening Check, or willingness to obtain this.

Parklands Aged Care is a 72-bed home co-located with a retirement village, set among landscaped gardens in a peaceful, leafy environment. Residents enjoy spacious rooms, village-style amenities such as café and hairdresser, and a strong sense of community connection.
We are looking for Registered Nurse to join our aged care team at Parklands Aged Care, in a Part Time or Casual capacity.

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a key clinical leader within our aged care team, responsible for delivering safe, high-quality, and person-centred care to our residents. You will combine clinical expertise with compassion, supporting residents’ health, dignity, and quality of life while guiding and supporting care staff in a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Be Doing

• Provide comprehensive clinical care in line with best practice and aged care standards
