Roshana Lysterfield Aged Care, part of the Roshana Care Group, invites applications for a Registered Nurse in a Casual/Part‑time capacity. You will lead clinical care in a 50-bed residential setting, guiding care staff while delivering high-quality, person-centred care to residents.

You will work within a supportive team, uphold dignity and respect, and engage families and professionals to ensure optimal resident well-being in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration is required.
• Experience in aged care or similar clinical setting is highly regarded.
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills are essential.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities are required.

Responsabilités

• Provide comprehensive clinical care in line with aged care standards.
• Conduct assessments, develop and review care plans with the multidisciplinary team.
• Administer medications, treatments, and complex care interventions safely.
• Monitor and respond to changes in residents’ health conditions.
• Lead, support and mentor care staff to maintain high standards of care.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families and healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reporting.

The home offers comfortable accommodation, communal living spaces, beautifully maintained gardens and outdoor areas designed to promote wellbeing, dignity and meaningful social connection for residents.

We are looking for Registered Nurse to join our aged care team at Roshana Lysterfield Aged Care, in a Casual/Part‑time capacity.

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a key clinical leader within our aged care team, responsible for delivering safe, high-quality, and person-centred care to our residents. You will combine clinical expertise with compassion, supporting residents’ health, dignity, and quality of life while guiding and supporting care staff in a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Be Doing

• Provide comprehensive clinical care in line with best practice and aged care standards
• Conduct assessments, develop, and review care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
• Administer medications, treatments, and complex care interventions safely and accurately
• Monitor, interpret, and respond to changes in residents’ health conditions
• Lead, support, and mentor care staff to ensure high standards of resident care
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and reporting
• Promote a culture of dignity, respect, and person-centred care

What You Will Bring

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
• Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent
• Experience in aged care or a similar clinical setting (highly regarded)
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Compassionate, calm, and professional approach to care
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to person-centred care and continuous improvement
• A National Police Clearance or NDIS Screening Check, or willingness to obtain this
