Job summary

Roshana Care Group's Murray Bridge facility is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our aged care team on a casual/permanent part-time basis. You will provide person-centred care, lead a clinical team, and work within a welcoming, supportive environment tied to our values of compassion and integrity.

As an RN, you will assess residents, administer medications, develop care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to maintain quality outcomes and dignity for residents.

Qualifications

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
• Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent.
• Experience in aged care or a similar clinical setting (highly regarded).
• Strong clinical assessment and decision‑making skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Compassionate, calm, and professional approach to care.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• A National Police Clearance or NDIS Screening Check, or willingness to obtain this.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive clinical care in line with best practice and aged care standards.
• Conduct assessments, develop, and review care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.

Roshana Lerwin Aged Care is an 80‑bed residential aged care facility in Murray Bridge, South Australia, located close to local health services and community amenities. The home provides modern accommodation, communal spaces and a supportive environment focused on comfort and wellbeing.
We are looking for Registered Nurse to join our aged care team at Roshana Lerwin Aged Care, in a casual/permanent part‑timecapacity.

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a key clinical leader within our aged care team, responsible for delivering safe, high-quality, and person‑centred care to our residents. You will combine clinical expertise with compassion, supporting residents’ health, dignity, and quality of life while guiding and supporting care staff in a fast‑paced environment.
