Roshana Care Group on the NSW Central Coast seeks a Clinical Nurse to join Brentwood Aged Care in a full‑time capacity. You will lead clinical care, set standards, and guide nursing and care staff to deliver safe, person‑centred care that upholds dignity and quality of life.

This fast‑paced role suits a confident clinician with strong leadership, problem‑solving, and communication skills, and requires current AHPRA registration; postgraduate gerontology is desirable.

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
• Postgraduate qualification in Gerontology or Clinical Nursing (desirable).
• Experience in aged care or acute clinical settings (essential).
• Strong clinical leadership and decision‑making skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to mentor and support staff.

• Oversee and coordinate clinical care delivery for residents.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and contribute to complex care planning.
• Administer and oversee medications and clinical treatments within scope.
• Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes in health status.

• Liaise with GPs, allied health professionals, and families.
• Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation and compliance with standards.
• Promote best practice care aligned with aged care quality standards.

About the Facility

Brentwood Aged Care on the NSW Central Coast is an 82‑bed home set within Brentwood Village, surrounded by gardens and a tranquil lakeside outlook. The facility offers modern, homely rooms, a dedicated Memory Support Unit and multiple lounges and outdoor spaces for relaxation and social connection.

We are looking for a Clinical Nurse to join our aged care team at Brentwood Aged Care, in a (full‑time) capacity.

About the Role

As a Clinical Nurse, you will play a key leadership role in delivering high‑quality clinical care within our aged care facility. You will oversee clinical standards, support and guide nursing and care staff, and ensure residents receive safe, person‑centred care that promotes dignity, wellbeing, and quality of life.

What You Will Be Doing

• Oversee and coordinate clinical care delivery for residents

What You Will Bring

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
• Postgraduate qualification in Gerontology or Clinical Nursing (desirable)
• Experience in aged care or acute clinical settings (essential)
• Strong clinical leadership and decision‑making skills
• Excellent communication and ability to mentor and support staff
• Ability to manage complex clinical situations in a calm and professional manner
• Strong understanding of aged care quality standards and compliance requirements
• A National Police Clearance or NDIS Screening Check, or willingness to obtain this
