Job summary

Roshana Care Group is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Bolton Point Aged Care team in a permanent full-time or part-time role. You will lead clinical care, support residents’ health and dignity, and mentor care staff in a fast-paced environment.

You will hold current AHPRA registration, a Bachelor of Nursing, and a focus on person-centered care with strong communication. We offer pathways for advancement, ongoing training, supportive leadership, and a values-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
• Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent.
• Experience in aged care or similar clinical setting is highly regarded.
• National Police Clearance or NDIS Screening Check, or willingness to obtain this.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive clinical care in line with aged care standards.
• Conduct assessments, develop and review care plans with the multidisciplinary team.
• Administer medications, treatments and complex care interventions safely.
• Monitor, interpret and respond to changes in residents’ health conditions.
• Lead, support and mentor care staff to uphold high standards of care.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families and healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and reporting.

About the Facility

Roshana Bolton Point Aged Care is a 56 beds welcoming residential aged care home offering high-quality care in a safe, supportive and community-focused environment. The home provides comfortable accommodation, modern communal spaces, landscaped outdoor areas and person-centred care designed to support residents’ wellbeing, dignity and independence.

We are looking for Registered Nurses to join our aged care team at Roshana Bolton Point Aged Care, in a (permanent part‑time or full‑time) capacity.

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse, you will be a key clinical leader within our aged care team, responsible for delivering safe, high-quality, and person-centred care to our residents. You will combine clinical expertise with compassion, supporting residents’ health, dignity, and quality of life while guiding and supporting care staff in a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Be Doing

• Provide comprehensive clinical care in line with best practice and aged care standards
• Conduct assessments, develop, and review care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
• Administer medications, treatments, and complex care interventions safely and accurately
• Monitor, interpret, and respond to changes in residents’ health conditions
• Lead, support, and mentor care staff to ensure high standards of resident care
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals

What You Will Bring

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
• Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent
• Experience in aged care or a similar clinical setting (highly regarded)
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Compassionate, calm, and professional approach to care
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to person-centred care and continuous improvement
