About the Role

As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high‑quality clinical care and coordinating health supports for NDIS participants and community clients.

You will work collaboratively with participants, families, carers, support workers, medical practitioners, and allied health professionals to improve health outcomes, promote independence, and enhance quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and health reviews
• Develop, implement, and evaluate person‑centred care plans
• Administer and monitor medications safely
• Provide community nursing services and clinical interventions
• Support participants with complex care requirements
• Monitor participant health and respond appropriately to changes in condition
• Deliver clinical education and guidance to support staff
• Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Participate in incident management, risk assessment, and quality improvement activities
• Ensure compliance with NDIS Practice Standards, AHPRA requirements, and clinical governance frameworks

Salary & Remuneration

Full‑Time & Part‑Time Positions

Annual Salary Range

• $85,000 - $115,000 per annum
• Plus 12% Superannuation (or statutory rate applicable at the time)
• Annual salary review based on performance and experience

Casual Positions

Casual Hourly Rate

• $52.00 - $72.00 per hour (inclusive of casual loading)
• Weekend penalty rates
• Public holiday penalties
• Additional allowances where applicable

Additional Payments

• Kilometre reimbursement for approved travel
• Mobile phone allowance (where applicable)
• On‑call allowances (where applicable)
• Shift penalties in accordance with applicable awards
• Overtime payments when applicable
