Job summary

Care2Help is seeking Registered Nurses to support aged care facilities on the Central Coast and Newcastle, delivering comprehensive nursing assessments and direct care in community and facility settings.

Successful candidates will be registered with AHPRA, have current vaccinations, a valid license, and checks (Police, NDIS). Flexible hours and a chance to make a real difference in clients' lives are offered.

Qualifications

• Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
• Vaccinations: Flu and COVID-19.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transport.
• National Police check.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check.
• Experience in disability care, community nursing, or related field.
• Registered nurse: 2 years (Required).

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' health and care needs.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

Provide direct nursing care, including wound care, catheter care, and other clinical procedures.

Monitor and evaluate clients' progress, adjusting care plans as necessary.

Ensure compliance with NDIS standards and regulations.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.

About you

Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse.

Current Flu and covid vaccination.

Valid driver's license and reliable transport.

National Police check.

NDIS Worker Screening Check.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

High level of professionalism and a commitment to providing quality care.

Experience in disability care, community nursing, or a related field.

Registered nurse: 2 year (Required).
