Job summary

Healthcarelink Support is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our Recovery/PACU team on a full-time basis in New South Wales. You will work in a supportive environment delivering high-quality patient care and collaborating with the wider healthcare team.

The role requires 2 years RN experience in Recovery/PACU with specialties like Orthopaedics, Neurosurgery, Spinal, Urology or OR ENT surgery, current AHPRA registration, and a commitment to continuous improvement and excellent

Qualifications

• 2 years RN experience in Recovery/PACU or equivalent required.
• Current Australian Registration (AHPRA) without restrictions.
• Commitment to high quality patient care and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care.
• Supervise ENs and AINs to deliver patient care.
• Provide education and support for health recovery, rehabilitation or end-of-life needs.
• Lead quality improvement and safety projects to improve outcomes.
• Collaborate with the wider healthcare team to support patient care needs.
• Act as a role model for Safe Practice.
