Healthcarelink Support in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Recovery/PACU team on a full-time basis. You will deliver safe nursing care, supervise ENs and AINs, provide education to patients, lead quality improvement projects, and collaborate with the wider health care team.

The role requires two years RN experience in Recovery/PACU, current AHPRA registration, and working with children check.

• 2 years RN experience in Recovery/PACU Nursing.
• Current Registration with AHPRA.
• Authority to Work in Australia.
• Working with Children check.
• Compliance with ACQSHC National standards.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver safe, researched-based standards of nursing care
• Supervise, direct and guide nursing team members; ENs and AINs to deliver patient care
• Deliver education and support to individuals/patients for the management of their health recovery, rehabilitation or end-of-life needs
• Lead successful quality improvement and safety management projects to deliver desired outcomes
• Work collaboratively with the wider healthcare team to support patient care needs
• Act as a role model for Safe Practice

• Work collaboratively with the wider healthcare team to support patient care needs
• Act as a role model for Safe Practice

About You

• 2 years RN experience in Recovery/PACU Nursing with experience in one of the following specialties: Orthopaedics, Neurosurgery, Spinal, Urology, OR ENT surgery
• Authority to Work in Australia
• Working with Children check
• Bachelor of Science (Nursing) or equivalent
• Current Registration (no restriction) with AHPRA
• Compliance with ACQSHC National standards
• Clinical expertise and commitment to high quality patient care and continuous improvement
• Self-motivated and proven ability to work as part of a high functioning team
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Highly developed interpersonal skills, proactive, motivated and customer focused
