Job summary

Contract Care is sourcing experienced Registered Nurses to join our agency workforce across the Northern Rivers region of New South Wales, including Ballina, Byron Bay, Lismore, Mullumbimby and Bangalow. We match nurses to facilities that suit location and availability, offering full-time agency, per-shift or supplementary permanent roles.

Pay rates range from 57 to 157.50 AUD per hour with AM, PM and night shifts, weekday/weekend bookings, and same-day or advance allocations.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1) with no restrictions.
• Minimum 12 months' Australian aged care experience as an RN.
• Confident with medication management, wound care, care planning and AN-ACC documentation.
• Current National Police Check (or NDIS Worker Screening Check).
• Current First Aid and CPR certificates.
• Up-to-date COVID-19 and seasonal influenza vaccinations.
• Right to work in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care across multiple aged care facilities in the Northern Rivers.
• Deliver high-quality patient care in line with facility policies.
• Collaborate with facility staff to ensure resident safety and comfort.

About the role

Contract Care is looking for experienced Registered Nurses to join our agency workforce across the Northern Rivers including Ballina, Byron Bay, Lismore, Mullumbimby & Bangalow. We partner with multiple residential aged care facilities across the city - north, south, east and west - and match nurses with facilities that suit their location and availability.

Whether you're full-time agency, picking up a few shifts a fortnight, or supplementing a permanent role, we'll build a roster around what works for you.

Pay & shifts

• Agency pay rates: $57-$157.50 per hour
• AM, PM and night shifts available

What you'll need
