Lutheran Homes Group in Horsham, Victoria is seeking a compassionate Personal Care Worker to join our aged care team. You will deliver high-quality personal care and daily living support to residents, helping them maintain dignity, independence and comfort.
The role requires a Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent, with at least 6 months’ experience. You’ll need excellent communication, a current National Police Clearance, and be willing to follow health guidelines.

We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Worker to join our caring and committed aged care team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality assistance, support, and hands-on personal care to residents within our aged care facility. Your care will help ensure that each resident is treated with respect and empathy, while supporting their dignity, independence, and overall sense of well-being. You’ll play a key role in creating a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment where residents feel valued and cared for every day. Key responsibilities include:
You are passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of our elderly residents and are committed to supporting their well-being and happiness. You demonstrate compassion, integrity, and strong organisational and time management skills. You can work with a diverse group of people, possess excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), and hold a Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or an equivalent qualification, with at least 6 months of experience in acute or aged care. The successful candidate requires a current National Police Clearance. In accordance with current health guidelines for the aged care sector, candidates are encouraged to have all recommended vaccinations.
