Job summary

Lutheran Homes Group in Victoria is seeking an Enrolled Nurse to provide compassionate, person-centred aged care. You will work closely with residents, families, and a multidisciplinary team to support health, independence, and quality of life.

This part-time and casual role offers morning, afternoon, and night shifts across a roster including weekends. You will administer medications, follow care plans, and promote safety, dignity, and comfort for residents in our not-for-profit aged care

• AHPRA Registration as an Enrolled Nurse.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Empathy, compassion and patience in care.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments within your scope of practice.
• Deliver high quality nursing care in accordance with individual care plans.
• Monitor residents' health and report changes promptly.
• Support residents with activities of daily living while promoting choice and independence.
• Contribute to a safe, respectful and collaborative working environment.

About The Role

As an Enrolled Nurse in aged care, you will provide compassionate, person-centred nursing care that supports older people to maintain their health, independence, and quality of life. Working closely with residents, families, and a multidisciplinary team, you'll make a meaningful difference every day by building trusted relationships and helping people live with dignity, comfort, and respect.
