Job summary

Australian Unity Limited is seeking a Registered Nurse for St Patricks Green Aged Care in Sydney. You’ll be part of the clinical operations, supporting the General Manager and multidisciplinary teams, delivering safe, person-centred care in a 104-bed residential community with facilities on-site.

As RN with current AHPRA registration, you’ll lead a high‑performing clinical team, drive governance, documentation, and resident wellbeing, with opportunities for casual night shifts and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• RN with current AHPRA registration.
• Residential Aged Care leadership experience.
• Strong communication and coaching capability.
• Desirable: Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in Aged Care.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing clinical and care team.
• Ensure safe, person-centred, compliant care every day.
• Support clinical governance, documentation, AN-ACC, NQIP, risk & quality.
• Align services to resident preferences (Food, Lifestyle, Allied Health, Additional Services).
• Manage budgets, workforce planning and resources.
• Support Better Together and occupancy outcomes.

The Role

As Registered Nurse, you’ll part of the clinical operations and outcomes, partnering with an engaged General Manager and multidisciplinary teams, backed by Australian Unity’s 180‑year legacy.
