Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday Nights | Ongoing Roster | Clayton, VIC

The Alexander Aged Care Centre is seeking an experienced and reliable Registered Nurse In Charge (RNIC) to join our clinical team on a casual basis, covering three consistent night shifts each week.

We are a modern, 90 bed aged care facility in Clayton, including a 10 bed memory support unit. We pride ourselves on delivering high quality, person centered care within a supportive and welcoming environment.

Current Shift Availability

We are recruiting for the following ongoing night shifts:

• Tuesday Night


• Wednesday Night


• Thursday Night

Important: Applicants must be available to work all three nights consistently each week. These are regular, ongoing rostered shifts offered under a casual employment arrangement.

About the Role

As the Registered Nurse In Charge, you will oversee clinical care and nursing operations during your night shifts, ensuring the safety, wellbeing and comfort of our residents.

What You Will Need

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse


• Previous aged care experience, preferably in a senior or RNIC capacity


• Strong knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards


• Confidence in clinical decision making and managing overnight care


• Excellent communication, leadership and time management skills


• Ability to work independently and support the wider care team


• Current National Police Check


• Current 2026 influenza vaccination


• COVID vaccination record (minimum 3 doses)


• Experience with eCase is advantageous
