Job description

As a Clinical Nurse Lead on the night shift, you will serve as a reassuring presence for residents and an inspiring leader for the care team. You will drive clinical excellence during the overnight hours, ensuring resident safety, dignity, and care standards are maintained seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the clinical and medical needs of residents.

Complete accurate clinical documentation aligned with industry standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor of Nursing degree with current, unrestricted AHPRA registration.

Demonstrated leadership experience within a clinical or aged care environment.

Strong written documentation skills and solid working knowledge of AN-ACC.
