Moran Health Care Group is seeking qualified Registered Nurses to join the Moran Engadine home team in NSW. The role offers above award rates of 48–57 AUD per hour, with Monday to Friday AM shifts.

You will deliver high‑quality nursing care, consult with residents and families, and collaborate with staff and allied health professionals to meet residents' changing clinical needs. Reporting to the Care Manager, you will be mentored to grow your skills and support a dedicated team focused on

• Current registration with AHPRA is required.
• Knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards is preferred.

• Good assessment and prioritisation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Developing and evaluating individualised resident care plans and completing assessments.
• Providing clinical services such as wound management, medication management and palliative care.
• Liaising with medical and allied health professionals and residents’ family members.
• Working with the Clinical Leadership team on more complex clinical management.
• Supervising and supporting Personal Care Workers.

About this opportunity

We are currently seeking qualified Registered Nurses to join our Care team at our Moran Engadine home. Above award rates $48 - $57 base per hour.

• Shift Schedule: Monday to Friday AM Shifts

Reporting to the Care Manager, you will be providing quality nursing care and support to the changing clinical needs of the residents. This includes consulting with residents and their families, staff, management, and other allied health professionals.

Working with a wonderful team of dedicated people, your contribution will make a difference to our residents’ enjoyment of their life every day.

You will be backed and mentored to ensure you thrive in your role with us and to further develop your skills.

If you are a skilled, energetic, and dedicated Registered Nurse with the passion to improve our residents’ daily life, this role is for you.

We are looking for motivated individuals with acute clinical experience who enjoy working Morning or Afternoon shifts with availability to work Monday to Friday.

Skills/Requirements:

• Current Registration with AHPRA

• Proficient level of verbal and written communicationKnowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards
• Current Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
