Moran Engadine Home is seeking qualified Registered Nurses to join our care team. You will provide high-quality nursing care to residents, consulting with residents, families, staff and other professionals, and contributing to individualized care plans. Above award rates $48 - $57 base per hour.

You will be supported, mentored and encouraged to grow your skills, with morning or afternoon shifts available Monday to Friday and a collaborative, respectful workplace culture.

• Current Registration with AHPRA.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evaluate individualized resident care plans and assessments.
• Provide clinical services such as wound management, medication management and palliative care.
• Liaise with medical and allied health professionals and residents’ family members.
• Work with the Clinical Leadership team on more complex clinical management.
• Supervise and support Personal Care Workers.

About this opportunity

We are currently seekingqualified Registered Nursesto join our Care team at ourMoran Engadine home.Above award rates $48 - $57 base per hour.

• Shift Schedule: Monday to Friday AM Shifts

Reporting to the Care Manager, you will be providing quality nursing care and support to the changing clinical needs of the residents. This includes consulting with residents and their families, staff, management, and other allied health professionals.

Working with a wonderful team of dedicated people, your contribution will make adifference to our residents’ enjoyment of their life every day.

You will be backed and mentored to ensure you thrive in your role with us and to further develop your skills.

If you are a skilled, energetic, and dedicated Registered Nurse with the passion to improve our residents’ daily life, this role is for you.

We are looking for motivated individuals with acute clinical experience who enjoy working Morning or Afternoon shifts with availability to work Monday to Friday.

• Developing and evaluating individualised resident care plans and completing assessments
• Providing clinical services such as wound management, medication management and palliative care
• Liaising with medical and allied health professionals and residents’ family members
• Work with the Clinical Leadership team with more complex clinical management
• Supervising and supporting our Personal Care Workers
