Job summary

Achieve Australia is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide person-centered clinical services for people with disability at our Summer Hill site. You will monitor health plans, manage health care, and support staff to ensure quality outcomes.

This is a max-term, part-time role with night shifts and a 48-hour fortnight expectation. Ideal candidates hold RN registration with AHPRA, NSW driver’s license, First Aid, NDIS and WWCC checks, and experience with complex disabilities.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current RN registration with AHPRA.
• Must be able to transport clients in Achieve Australia vehicles (NSW licence).
• Must hold a current First Aid Certificate.
• Must hold NDIS Worker Check and WWCC.
• Experience supporting adults/children with complex disability.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centered clinical services to people with a disability.
• Monitor and review health care plans and health management.
• Coordinate daily administrative processes in line with policies.
• Support staff coaching and performance to meet budget targets.
• Build partnerships with families, carers and local stakeholders.
