Qualifikationen

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Experience in aged care is desirable or a willingness to obtain it.
• Willingness to obtain First Aid/CPR and Police Check.

• Administer medications and document appropriately.
• Review and update care plans; conduct baseline and focused assessments.
• Liaise with residents, families and internal/external stakeholders.
