Job summary

Pathways Health Management – Northbridge, NSW, is seeking Casual Registered Nurses to join Pathways Sailors Bay with morning, afternoon, and night shifts. You will deliver person-centred care, lead and support ENs and PCWs, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high standards of care.

Essential requirements include current AHPRA registration, 1–2 years in aged care, strong medication management and clinical assessment skills, and excellent communication.

We are currently seeking Casual Registered Nurses to join our team at Pathways Sailors Bay, Northbridge, with opportunities for morning, afternoon, and night shifts.

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to our residents. You will work closely with the Care Management and Leadership Teams while providing clinical leadership and support to Enrolled Nurses (ENs) and Personal Care Workers (PCWs).

Key responsibilities include:

• Medication management and administration.

• Clinical assessments, care planning, and documentation.

• Responding to clinical incidents, including falls, wounds, and changes in resident condition.

• Providing oversight, guidance, and support to ENs and PCWs.

• Collaborating with residents, families, GPs, allied health professionals, and the multidisciplinary team.

• Working closely with Care Managers and the Leadership Team to ensure the highest standards of care.

• Supporting compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards and organisational policies.
