Job summary

Lutheran Services Australia is seeking Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse candidates for casual positions at Immanuel Gardens Aged Care in Buderim, QLD. You will provide safe, person-centred resident care and work with a dedicated nursing team.

Remuneration

Registered Nurse: $52.73 - $62.53 ph (includes 25% casual loading) + Super + Salary Packaging + Staff Discounts & Benefits

Enrolled Nurse: $52.03 ph (includes 25% casual loading) + Super + Salary Packaging + Staff Discounts & Benefits

About The Role

You will provide safe, high-quality and person-centred care to our residents while working collaboratively with our nursing and care team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing clinical and direct resident care
• Medication administration within your scope of practice
• Supporting assessments, care planning and clinical documentation
• Monitoring residents’ health and responding to changing clinical needs
• Supporting wound care, chronic disease management and palliative care
• Working collaboratively with residents, families and the wider care team

About You

For Registered Nurses:

• Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as an RN
• Nursing degree or relevant qualification
• Strong clinical assessment and care planning skills

For Enrolled Nurses

• Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as an EN (Division 2)
• Minimum 1 year of aged care experience
• Understanding of person-centred care

For both roles, a valid Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance is required, or willingness to obtain.
