HammondCare Waratah is seeking experienced Part-time Registered Nurses for night shifts to deliver person-centred care in a supportive home-like setting. You will work with the residential team, focusing on safety, dignity and individual needs, while maintaining professional accountability under AHPRA guidelines.
The role requires 2-3 years' aged care experience, current AHPRA registration, flexibility for night patterns, and strong teamwork with caregivers.
HammondCare Waratah are currently looking for experienced Part time Registered Nurses to join our team for Night shift. With our unique model of care which places the residents needs as your number one priority, you will help create a home away from home for our residents. The care you will provide will be person-centred, and relationship focused, with the understanding that no person is the same.
Shift pattern - week 1 - Tuesday - Thursday 9.00pm - 7.00am Week 2 - Monday to Thursday 9.00pm - 7.00am = 70 hours Fortnight.
This role is a clinical support role. It is the expectation from HammondCare that this role is carried out within a consultative and advisory context rather than an authoritarian approach. The role has a level of professional accountability and responsibility in line with the registration requirements as a RN qualified and current registration with AHPRA.
