Envigor Home Care is seeking a Registered Nurse to assess, develop, implement and review care plans that meet clients’ holistic and changing needs in their home environment as part of a care team. You will be highly organised, adaptable and have excellent clinical and communication skills, with knowledge of HCP, DVA community nursing, and experience with NDIS participants desirable.

• AHPRA Registration (no restrictions and unlimited work entitlements)
• 1+ years post graduate experience, preferably in community sector
• National Disability Worker Screening Clearance (Current Yellow Card)
• National Police Check (within the last 3 years)
• Vaccinations - Influenza and COVID-19 (fully vaccinated)
• Current CPR certificate
• Current QLD Driver’s licence, current insurance and a reliable vehicle

Envigor Home Care is an Approved Provider with more than 10 years experience providing Home Care, Veteran’s Community Nursing (DVA) and Disability Support (NDIS). Envigor provides services across Queensland from the Gold Coast and Darling Downs in the south, to Cairns in the Far North.

About the role

The Registered Nurse works with clients to assess, develop, implement, and review care plans that meet clients holistic and changing needs. You will be part of a small team who works with clients to apply your clinical skills to improve the quality of life for clients in their home environment as part of their care team. You will need to be highly organised, adaptable and have excellent clinical and communication skills. Knowledge of HCP, DVA community nursing program and experience with NDIS participants would be desirable.

Duties

• Complete Clinical Assessments, Management Plans & Individualised Client Care Plans, DVA and HCP reviews

Envigor's systems are fully electronic, as such applicants must be proficient in the use of Information Technology.
