Bolton Clarke Group is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver a range of clinical care and support for residents at Cunningham Villas in Bowen, Whitsundays. You will monitor care, apply clinical decision-making, and build therapeutic relationships within a collaborative care team.

Ideal candidates hold current AHPRA registration, with 12 months RN experience and a passion for elderly care; readiness to work within a not-for-profit, resident-focused organisation will be highly regarded.

About The Role

As a Registered Nurse, you’ll provide a range of clinical care and support services for our residents, assisting them to experience a greater level of independence and ensuring their health and wellness are supported. These include:

• Providing and monitoring the care of residents
• Using a systematic approach to clinical decision-making
• Developing appropriate therapeutic and caring relationships
• Collaborating with the health care team to achieve resident outcomes
• Participating in the development of a supportive environment with the team

To be successful, you will have

• Relevant qualifications and AHPRA registration
• Minimum of 12 months experience as a Registered Nurse (desirable in-charge)
• Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)
• NDIS Workers Screen and or a National Police check (or willingness to obtain) prior to commencement
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families and all levels of staff
• Strong passion for working with the elderly and dedication to professional growth
