Bolton Clarke in Bowen, Whitsundays, Queensland, is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive clinical care to residents across a tropical aged care community, supporting independence and wellbeing.

You will monitor residents, apply a systematic approach to clinical decisions, build therapeutic relationships, and collaborate with the health care team to achieve positive outcomes while contributing to a respectful, supportive workplace with generous salary packaging and not-for-profit

Competenze

• AHPRA registration with nursing qualifications.
• Minimum 12 months experience as a Registered Nurse (in-charge experience desirable).
• Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc).
• NDIS Worker Screen and/or National Police check (or willingness to obtain) prior to commencement.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families and all levels of staff.
• Strong passion for working with the elderly and dedication to professional growth.

As a Registered Nurse, you'll provide a range of clinical care and support services for our residents, assisting them to experience a greater level of independence and ensuring their health and wellness are supported.These include:

• Providing and monitoring the care of residents

• Collaborating with the health care team to achieve resident outcomes

To be successful, you will have

• Relevant qualifications and AHPRA registration

• Minimum of 12 months experience as a Registered Nurse (desirable in-charge)
