Job summary

Arcare Aged Care Warriewood is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide high-quality, person-centred nursing care across a casual roaster. You will support residents with health assessments, vital sign monitoring, medication management and care planning, in line with Arcare’s values and professional standards.

Current AHPRA registration is essential, and Australian Working Rights and NDIS Worker Screening checks are desirable.

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

Responsibilities

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality, person-centred nursing care that promotes positive outcomes for residents, while adhering to Arcare's values, policies, and professional clinical standards.

• Clinical Care: Deliver high-quality nursing care, including health assessments, monitoring vital signs, and medication management
• Wound Management: Assess, treat, and manage wounds while preventing infection
• Care Planning: Develop and implement individualised care plans tailored to residents’ needs
• Assessment & Documentation: Maintain accurate clinical records and document changes using eCase
• Pain Management: Identify and address pain concerns using appropriate strategies
• Emergency Response: Respond effectively to medical emergencies
• End-of-Life Care: Provide compassionate palliative and end-of-life support

What we're looking for
