Job summary

HammondCare is seeking Casual Registered Nurses in Sydney region to provide person-centred, relationship-focused care in our aged care homes. You will be part of a residential team, offering clinical oversight, education, and consultative case management to ensure residents receive tailored, compassionate care.

Ideal candidates hold current AHPRA registration with 2–3 years in aged care, and demonstrate strong admin and computer skills.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA RN registration.
• Ideally 2–3 years’ experience in an aged care setting.
• Flexibility to commit to a range of shifts including nights and weekends.
• Knowledge of dementia care and residents’ needs.
• Strong administrative and computer skills.

The care you will provide will be person-centred, and relationship focused, with the understanding that no person is the same.About the role:This role is a clinical support role. It is the expectation from HammondCare that this role is carried out within a consultative and advisory context rather than an authoritarian approach.
