The role emphasises a consultative approach, staff education, and clinical decision-making in a supportive setting. Shifts include nights and weekends, with opportunities for development and a values-driven workplace.

Qualificações

• Current AHPRA registration in Australia.
• Prefer 2–3 years in aged care or similar setting.
• Ability to educate and mentor clinical staff.
• Comfortable working in a team and independently.

Responsabilidades
