Job summary

Bolton Clarke Willowdale, located in Denham Court, Sydney's Southwest, is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive clinical care and support for residents in a 136-bedroom aged care home.

You will monitor residents’ health, collaborate with the care team, and contribute to a respectful, supportive environment while pursuing professional growth and enjoying competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in Australia and hold AHPRA registration.
• Minimum of 12 months experience as a Registered Nurse (desirable in-charge).
• NDIS Worker Screen and/or National Police check (or willingness to obtain) prior to commencement.

About The Role

As a Registered Nurse, you’ll provide a range of clinical care and support services for our residents, assisting them to experience a greater level of independence and ensuring their health and wellness are supported.

• Providing and monitoring the care of residents
• Using a systematic approach to clinical decision-making
• Developing appropriate therapeutic and caring relationships
• Collaborating with the health care team to achieve resident outcomes
• Participating in the development of a supportive environment with the team

To be successful, you will have

• Relevant qualifications and AHPRA registration
• Minimum of 12 months experience as a Registered Nurse (desirable in-charge)
• Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)
• NDIS Workers Screen and or a National Police check (or willingness to obtain) prior to commencement
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families and all levels of staff
• Strong passion for working with the elderly and dedication to professional growth
