Job summary

Bolton Clarke invites a Registered Nurse to join our Meadow Springs aged care team. You will provide a range of clinical care and support services for residents, helping them maintain independence and wellbeing.

The role requires AHPRA registration and at least 12 months of RN experience, with a passion for elder care; NDIS screen and/or police check and strong communication with residents, families and staff are essential.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualifications and AHPRA registration.
• Minimum of 12 months experience as a Registered Nurse.
• NDIS Workers Screen and/or National Police check (or willingness to obtain).
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families and staff.

About The Role

As a Registered Nurse, you’ll provide a range of clinical care and support services for our residents, assisting them to experience a greater level of independence and ensuring their health and wellness are supported.

To be successful, you will have

• Relevant qualifications and AHPRA registration
• Minimum of 12 months experience as a Registered Nurse (desirable in-charge)
• Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)
• NDIS Workers Screen and or a National Police check (or willingness to obtain) prior to commencement
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families and all levels of staff
• Strong passion for working with the elderly and dedication to professional growth
