Job summary

Myhealth Wentworth Point is seeking a registered nurse to join our busy general practice on a full-time, maximum-term contract with potential for permanency.

You will work closely with GPs, support day-to-day clinical care, and build relationships with patients to support ongoing care across our network.

Join a supportive team and grow your skills with ongoing training while delivering quality patient care in a community-focused setting.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse.
• General practice experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with GPs to provide the best patient care.
• Conducting advanced clinical assessments.
• Administer immunisations.
• Treatment room management.
• ECGs/Spirometry/ABI.
• Assisting in procedures.
• Wound care and chronic disease management.
• Other related duties as required.

About The Role

We're on the lookout for a friendly and passionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Myhealth Wentworth Point on a full-time, maximum-term contract with potential to transition to permanency.

This is a great opportunity to be part of a busy general practice, working closely with our GPs to deliver quality patient care. You'll play an important role in supporting the day-to-day clinical needs of the practice while building meaningful relationships with patients and contributing to their ongoing care.

A Day In The Life

• Work closely with GPs to provide the best patient care
• Conducting advanced clinical assessments
• Administrating immunisations
• Treatment room management
• ECGS/Spirometry/ABI
• Assisting in procedures
• Wound care and chronic disease management
• Other related duties as required

What we're looking for:

• Current AHPRA Registration
• General practice experience (preferred but not essential)
• Excellent communication and strong customer service skills
• Ability to work autonomously when required
• Strong multitasking abilities and effective prioritisation of workflowBest Practice software experience (desirable)
