Job summary

Myhealth Wentworth Point is seeking a friendly Registered Nurse to join our busy general practice on a full-time, maximum-term contract with potential to transition to permanency. You will work closely with GPs to deliver comprehensive patient care and support day-to-day clinical needs.

Responsibilities include advanced clinical assessments, administering immunisations, ECGs, spirometry and wound care, plus helping with procedures and chronic disease management.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA Registration
• General practice experience preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service
• Ability to work autonomously when required

About the role

We're on the lookout for a friendly and passionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Myhealth Wentworth Point on a full-time, maximum-term contract with potential to transition to permanency. This is a great opportunity to be part of a busy general practice, working closely with our GPs to deliver quality patient care. You'll play an important role in supporting the day-to-day clinical needs of the practice while building meaningful relationships with patients and contributing to their ongoing care.

A day in the life:

• Work closely with GPs to provide the best patient care
• Conducting advanced clinical assessments
• Administrating immunisations
• Treatment room management
• ECGS/Spirometry/ABI
• Assisting in procedures
• Wound care and chronic disease management
• Other related duties as required

What we're looking for:

• Current AHPRA Registration
• General practice experience (preferred but not essential)
• Excellent communication and strong customer service skills
• Ability to work autonomously when requiredStrong multitasking abilities and effective prioritisation of workflow
• Best Practice software experience (desirable)
