Juniper The Residency in Northam, WA seeks a Registered Nurse to join our residential aged care team on a casual basis. You will assess residents, coordinate care with healthcare professionals, and implement person-centred care plans with leadership to staff.

Ideal candidates are passionate about aged care, with AHPRA RN registration and 2+ years’ experience. Availability through the week is required to cover planned and unplanned leave.

Competenze

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• 2+ years' experience as an RN in an aged care setting (or equivalent).
• Strong clinical assessment and care coordination skills.
• Ability to guide staff in wound and diabetes management.
• Sound understanding of medication systems.
• Excellent communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills.

About the role:

Juniper The Residency, located in Northam, is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our supportive residential aged care team on a casual basis.

In this role, you will assess residents’ clinical needs, coordinate care with healthcare professionals, and implement and review person-centred care plans. You will also provide guidance to care staff and help ensure high standards of clinical care for residents.

We are looking for a compassionate and motivated Registered Nurse who is passionate about aged care and committed to delivering safe, high-quality care.

The successful candidate will be required to have availability through the week to cover planned and unplanned leave.
