Job summary

Juniper Korumup in Albany is seeking a Registered Nurse to coordinate and lead the delivery of client-focused care on a permanent part-time basis. Located in a peaceful part of Albany, Juniper Korumup is a well-established aged care home providing care for up to 72 residents in a homely, supportive environment where staff are valued.

You will lead small clinical teams, conduct assessments, develop and evaluate care plans with residents and families, and collaborate with other healthcare

Qualifications

• AHPRA Registration is essential.
• Aged Care experience is desirable but not essential.
• Strong communication, leadership, and clinical skills expected.
• A passion for providing respectful, person-centred care.

Our residential care team at Juniper Korumup, Albany are currently looking for a Registered Nurse to coordinate and lead the delivery of client-focused care on a permanent part time basis.
