Job summary

Juniper in Western Australia is seeking a Registered Nurse for a permanent full‑time role at Gerdewoonem, a 35-room residential home. You will assess residents, develop care plans, and work with the team to deliver person-centered care.

The role requires AHPRA registration and at least 2 years’ aged care experience, with opportunities for mentoring staff, wound and diabetes care guidance, and rotating shifts (AM/PM/Night). A generous salary package and relocation support are on offer.

About the role and where you'll be working:

Juniper Gerdewoonem is a small residential home featuring 35 rooms with individualised support through person-centered care approach. The facility has access to various communal areas, including multiple dining rooms, a spacious central activity room, and cozy lounge areas. The home has beautifully landscaped courtyards, gardens, and a fire pit. Gerdewoonem also collaborates with elders and local community members to foster a strong connection to culture and family.

As a Registered Nurse with Juniper, you will be responsible for assessing residents' needs, in conjunction with other healthcare professionals, and for the planning, implementation and evaluation of residents' care plans. Demonstrated experience in the mentoring and supervision of care staff and the awareness of AN-ACC required assessments is needed. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic individual passionate about this vocation to join the team. The ideal candidate should be available to work unplanned leave.

This is a permanent Full-time contract working 75 hours a fortnight on a rotating roster including (AM, PM and Night shifts).
