Job summary

Bolton Clarke Group is a leading not-for-profit provider delivering home care, retirement living and residential aged care across Australia. As a Registered Nurse, you will deliver comprehensive clinical care, support residents’ independence and collaborate with the care team to achieve positive outcomes.

You will hold nursing qualifications with AHPRA registration and demonstrate strong communication with residents, families and staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months experience as a Registered Nurse (desirable in-charge)
• Relevant qualifications and AHPRA registration
• Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)
• NDIS Workers Screen and or a National Police check (or willingness to obtain) prior to commencement

About The Role

As a Registered Nurse, you’ll provide a range of clinical care and support services for our residents, assisting them to experience a greater level of independence and ensuring their health and wellness are supported. These include:

• Providing and monitoring the care of residents
• Using a systematic approach to clinical decision-making
• Developing appropriate therapeutic and caring relationships
• Collaborating with the health care team to achieve resident outcomes
• Participating in the development of a supportive environment with the team

To be successful, you will have

• Relevant qualifications and AHPRA registration
