Job summary

Bolton Clarke Group is recruiting a Registered Nurse for Beechwood in Bankstown, Sydney. You will deliver and monitor clinical care, support residents to maintain independence, and work within a multidisciplinary team to achieve positive health outcomes.

Qualifications

AboutThe Role

As a Registered Nurse,you’llprovidea range of clinical care and support services for our residents,assistingthem to experience a greater level of independence and ensuring their health and wellness are supported.These include:

Providing andmonitoringthe care of residents

Using a systematic approach to clinical decision-making

Developingappropriate therapeuticand caring relationships

Collaborating with the health care team to achieve resident outcomes

Participating in the development of a supportive environment with the team

To be successful, you will have

Relevant qualifications and AHPRA registration

Minimum of 12 months experience as a Registered Nurse (desirable in-charge)

Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)

NDIS Workers Screen and or a National Police check (or willingness to obtain)prior to commencement

Ability to communicate effectively with residents,familiesand all levels of staff

Strong passion for working with the elderly and dedication to professional growth
