Job summary

Stellar Medical Centre in Lowood and Springfield is seeking a dedicated Practice Nurse to join a friendly team in a busy clinic. You will deliver wound care, immunisations and chronic disease management, while providing patient education and supporting community links.

Ideal candidates hold current AHPRA registration, CPR, and demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work independently or in a team and proficiency with Best Practice software.

Stellar Medical Centre is seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic person, who thrives under pressure and is team-orientated, to join our friendly and supportive team. We are looking for a Practice Nurse who is passionate about patient care and has excellent communication skills.

The Role

Tasks will include but are not limited to:

• Wound care
• Recalls and Reminders
• Triage management
• Immunisations
• Chronic Disease management
• Health Assessments
• Treatment room assistance as required
• Patient education, support and building links to the community
• Stock maintenance and ordering

• Current AHPRA registration.
• Current CPR
