Job summary

Nambour Clinic is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (Practice Nurse – RN) to join our busy practices in Nambour, Woombye and Palmwoods. The role starts casual with potential progression to Permanent Part-Time, offering 3–4 days per week and opportunities to support our doctors and nursing team.

The ideal candidate holds current AHPRA registration, at least 1 year in General Practice, and training in Immunisation and COVID-19 vaccination.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration.
• At least 1 year’s experience working in General Practice.
• Completed Immunisation Training.
• Completed COVID-19 Vaccination Training.
• Experience in wound care.
• Current CPR Certificate.
• Experience in Chronic Disease Management.
• Excellent interpersonal and patient-care skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, both in person and over the telephone.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• A motivated, positive attitude and the ability to learn quickly.
• Ability to work effectively with Management, Doctors, Nurses and Reception staff.
• Flexibility with working hours.
• Availability to provide relief for staff annual leave and sick leave.

Responsibilities

Practice Nurse – RN

Casual to Permanent Part-Time | 3–4 days per week

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our busy, friendly and supportive medical practices located in Nambour, Woombye and Palmwoods.

The position will initially be offered on a Casual basis, with the opportunity to transition to Permanent Part-Time (PPT) for the right candidate.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing high-quality patient care and who enjoys working as part of a busy and supportive team.

About You

To be considered for this position, you will have:

• Current AHPRA registration
