Job summary

Bolton Clarke Group in Hervey Bay is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver a range of clinical care and support services for residents, helping them maintain independence and well-being. You will monitor care, collaborate with the care team and help create a supportive environment in a warm residential setting.

The role requires AHPRA registration, minimum 12 months RN experience, and a commitment to compassionate aged care.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration and current practice.
• Minimum 12 months RN experience, desirable in-charge capability.
• NDIS Worker Screen and/or National Police check required.
• Valid working rights in Australia to commence employment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families and staff.

AboutThe Role

As a Registered Nurse,you’llprovidea range of clinical care and support services for our residents,assistingthem to experience a greater level of independence and ensuring their health and wellness are supported.These include:

• Providing andmonitoringthe care of residents

• Developingappropriate therapeuticand caring relationships

• Collaborating with the health care team to achieve resident outcomes

• Participating in the development of a supportive environment with the team

To be successful, you will have

• Relevant qualifications and AHPRA registration

• Minimum of 12 months experience as a Registered Nurse (desirable in-charge)

• Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)

• NDIS Workers Screen and or a National Police check (or willingness to obtain)prior to commencement

• Ability to communicate effectively with residents,familiesand all levels of staff

• Strong passion for working with the elderly and dedication to professional growth
