Mercy Health in Geelong is seeking a Registered Nurse (G3) to support clients living independently at home by delivering complex nursing care. You will develop and implement personalised care plans, assess and review consumer care, and provide clinical oversight for complex cases.
You will support the nursing team with DVA funding streams and help orient new staff, contributing to a collaborative, compassionate home-care environment.

You will be an experienced Registered Nurse supporting our clients to live independently at home by providing complex nursing care to meet individual needs, to develop and implement nursing care plans and to assess, review and evaluate consumer care on a regular basis. You will provide clinical oversight and assessments for our more complex clients, and for those clients without a case manager. You will provide support to the nursing team regarding DVA funding streams. You will also provide support in the orientation of new staff.
